Shepard Fairey should have given credit for the photo that he used but the poster is so much more than the photo and "original" art. I have one and I will enjoy it no less for the legal issues to be determined. Mannie Garcia's photo was forgotten but the poster will live on!

I agree. The photo itself is nothing special. But, somehow Fairey was able to capture something more with his work.
