Buy Made in the USA signs

I've seen this exact Buy Made in the USA signs in 3 different places around town.  I wonder who put these up?  They've been up for about a month already.

I saw those too... Buy made in the USA? It's not even grammatically correct.

I think it works ok. "Buy products that are made in the USA" is a little wordy for a sign.
